SensorDynamics has a wealth of expertise in the development and manufacturing of intelligent electronic signal conditioning circuitry (ASIC) of macrosensors such as Eddy current, other inductive, magneto-resistive, capacitive and shunt sensors. Cooperation with the customer produces application-specific sensor systems that combine macrosensors and electronic signal conditioning at module level.

High precision, low cost and low power interface for Wheatstone bridge type sensors designed for automotive and industrial applications. The custom made sensor interface is applicable to wide variety of sensor types, by reuse of silicon proven analog and digital macros. Embedded 8051 CPU allows for implementation of compensation algorithms as well as failsafe consistency checks.

SD412 EDDY CURRENT SENSOR CONTROLLER

SensorDynamics innovative sensor technology allows the direct position sensing of a metallic target, hence eliminating the need of magnets. It also offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of the geometrical configurations that are possible, sensing range, electrical interfaces and operating environmental conditions. The position sensor is Smart because it has built-in self diagnostics by continuously monitoring for internal failures.
